A parking permit for the disabled entitles you to park in parking spaces reserved for the disabled. This permit is strictly personal: nobody can make use of it if you are not present; either as a driver or a passenger. The City of Ostend facilitates a number of staffed public toilets that are cleaned and disinfected on an ongoing basis.
