If you really want to experience what dining in a restaurant is all about, you should definitely come to Mange Tout. The menu is changed in accordance with the seasonal rhythms and focusses on traditional dishes with a surprising and modern twist. The place to be for trained taste buds and those who enjoy fruit being used as a taste element in certain dishes.
An exceptionally comprehensive list featuring predominantly French wines, but also wines from Austria, Germany, Italy and newcomers such as Hungary, Croatia and Slovenia. In addition, they offer a selection of New World wines from North and South America. And last but not least, there is the Crémant de Wallonie, which was awarded the title of best Belgian sparkling wine.
Classy with design elements. Neatly starched tablecloths, immaculate tableware and a very tranquil atmosphere.
We start out with an elaborate selection of appetizers, consisting of an orange and curry risotto, candied peppers with raspberries, a shellfish and crustaceans soup and finally foie gras with pear and coconut. This is then followed by asparagus prepared with a smoked yolk and North Sea cuttlefish. Next up is a piece of cod with peas, rhubarb and almonds. After that you will be served a piece of tenderloin with rosemary and spinach. Finally, you will be able to enjoy a dessert of mango and cardamom ice cream, followed by a closing dish consisting of strawberries, roses and meringue. Highly recommendable for those who love culinary exploration and unusual combinations.
