The Oyster Pit (De Oesterput) is the place to be for seafood. The Puystjens family breeds the only Belgian oyster in the traditional way and with great skill and passion. All in the Ostend waters of the spuikom, a salt water basin that provides the typical taste of the 'Ostendaise'.
