Georges was established in 1949. It was and is the place to be for scrumptious waffles, pancakes and ice cream. All batters and ice creams are prepared in the Georges kitchen according to traditional methods. Crémerie Georges gradually evolved to sell more than just desserts. First, snacks, pasta and pizza were added to the menu. In 2007 the business underwent a transformation, becoming a smaller space where it’s easier to meet the customer’s wishes. If you’ve run out of time you can always get a waffle or ice cream to go.
