Just because life is a little better with a layer of bread crumbs, nothing surpasses the creamy shrimp croquette. During the newest shrimp croquette festival, the city of Ostend will be looking for the best Ostend shrimp croquette.
On 14th and 15th October, restaurants from Ostend will be presenting their own traditional shrimp croquette. However, there are no winners without tasters so a public jury will vote for its golden shrimp croquette while a professional jury will vote for their favourite. Tasting, enjoying, choosing.
