Those having lunch at Passe-Vite really get the feeling of being in a metropolitan city hotspot. Especially the fresh salads are very popular among the regular customers.
Passe-Vite is characterized by its simple, no-nonsense cuisine consisting of homemade soups, quiches and an ample selection of fresh salads. And as a dessert, why not try one of the homemade cakes.
As this is a place where you stop for a quick lunch, having a glass of wine is of course possible, but the choice is limited. There are, however, also a couple of standard aperitifs, beers, organic sparkling juice drinks produced by Bionina and of course coffee or tea.
The restaurant is not very big, but this immediately creates a feeling of lively conviviality. From your table, you will be looking into the open kitchen/bar. The light colours and fairly simple interior design guarantee a light and airy atmosphere. The small indoor garden is an additional asset.
After taking a seat at the table, you are immediately presented a bowl of homemade tortilla chips with a salsa dip. Afterwards, you can tuck into a fresh salad, a pasta or quiche. The ideal place for your regular weekday lunch.
