Madam Kroket was started with the aim of making artisanal croquettes for the catering industry. After many positive reactions, they decided to open a shop in Ostend and launch a webshop.
After making the croquettes, they are immediately frozen to preserve their freshness. The courier who delivers the croquettes also has a refrigerated truck to guarantee quality.
