Chef Vincent Florizoone and his team welcome you 7 days a week, from Midday until 9.30 pm at Brasserie Albert, where they serve a classic bistro cuisine, with a seaside twist. The lunch changes daily. Fresh pancakes are available from 2.30 pm until 6 pm and they have been making their waffles according to the same recipe for the past 40 years.
Terroir starts in your glass. That is why Brasserie Albert has such an amazing selection of beers. The menu informs you of the right beer pairing with the dish of your choice. They also have a classic French wine list.
The brasserie has a sea view and is part of the world-famous Thermae Palace Hotel. Here you can enjoy a meal, in a lovely Art Deco interior, with a hint of Ostend nostalgia and lovely sea views.
