He effortlessly bridges the gap between pop, rock, jazz and contemporary music. With The New Breed, he takes on the role of "mad beats professor" (The Observer) and, like Makaya McCraven, he combines improvisation with a hip-hop-like production style. In our winter beach hut he presents his new album Suite for Max Brown.
