On the breakwater stands an outsized ´cairn´, a small tower of piled-up stones that serves as an orientation point for hikers and has a spiritual significance in many cultures. Rosa Barba creates a sculpture from piled-up sandbags, as an imaginary barrier against the rising sea level.
